WANT TO KNOW MORE ABOUT HOW I TRAIN?

My Pricing
(and your investment)

I am not cheap, but I’ll explain why…

Firstly, just to summarise, yes, my program costs more upfront than other training sessions or terms of group classes may cost – but there’s a very valid reason. It’s because of the value within it, and I would argue that I'm actually much cheaper in the long term than alternative options. Let’s tease that apart a bit…

A BLOCK OF SESSIONS
(not just one) where we set goals and aim to achieve them over the course of these sessions. No one changed the world in one day. It takes time, work and consistency and I like to support my clients through this, not give them a few tips and leave them alone to hit the next roadblock.

These sessions more often than not will be either at your house or somewhere that you want to work or is going to help progress your dog further. I have the option for you to come to me (for certain issues) but I will genuinely decline and suggest we go out to a real life environment to train if that’s where you need the training. If you need your training to stick when you’re at the beach… then we need to go to the beach!

I normally quote about 4-5 sessions (which are paired with group classes below) but if I’m being honest, I get to know my clients well and form a relationship whereby – if I can see that you are putting all the work in, you’re trying hard, attending group classes and asking me questions but your dog is one of those tough doggos that just takes a bit longer to succeed – I will continue to help you even if it takes a few more sessions than what I’ve quoted; and I won’t charge you for them.

Literally the only time I will withhold sessions or refuse to offer free sessions is if a client isn’t actively doing the homework I am asking them to do, if I know they haven’t read/implemented any of the online content, if they aren’t actively giving me any feedback or progress updates, or if  I am having to repeat myself over and over again. So… my program is as good value for money as you want it to be, depending on how much work you put in with your dog.

Note: If you want to actively repeat sessions, or want to do a session on something outside of the quoted program, obviously I need to charge for these.

UNLIMITED GROUP CLASSES FOR A PERIOD OF 6-12 MONTHS
(depending on your program) – these are used in conjunction with the private sessions to reach the best results possible and is wildly good value for money. If you’re able to make all the group classes, you’re looking at spending a couple of dollars per class, even if you’re only able to make half, you’re still only looking at less than $10 per class. The more you can make, the more work you put in, the better the value for money, but the classes are there and available to you if and when you want to attend them to progress with your dog.

Look, I'm not gonna do the math for you, but all I'll say is feel free to compare that elsewhere 😊

Not to mention – at my classes you have the ability to work your dog for the whole class (unless you need a break, of course), not just when it’s your turn – all the dogs at my classes have training prior to attending so that everyone knows what they need to be working on. While I go around the class to ask what the focus will be that day and work dogs individually, even when it’s not your active turn, your dog can be helping others or practicing training on the outer. Remember, training happens when you’re just “being” with your dog, so even this is important!

These classes are set (during the current warmer months) at 6am before work hours, 6pm after work and on Sat/Sun mornings in varying locations around Perth.

A FULL TOOLBOX
I obviously have my own style and ways of training, but I also have a large toolbox (a very particular set of skills) and am more than happy to switch up approaches depending on what works best for the dog. You won't need to change trainers in order to change approaches, all you need to do is give me feedback and we can take plan b, c, d, e...

Speaking of skills... I actually am a

REALLY GOOD DOG TRAINER
lol anyway...

ONLINE CONTENT
Aside from the actual practical dog training, I also have a plethora of online content & guides for you to refer to during/after the program, and I tend to post any new training material I think could be helpful or interesting for clients within the client Facebook group. All of this online content is also included in what you pay me initially for the program – you’ll pay it once, and have access to all of it – either for 6 months with a basic program or lifetime access for a full program client.

A SUPPORTIVE COMMUNITY
You’ll become part of the HH Community which is supportive af, and many of my clients are normally more than happy to meet up with you outside of classes to help you progress even further. There is no judgement, only support because we have all been there before.

I’m not interested in half-assed results. The main reason I charge the way I do is because I know that this program layout works and gets results, and isn’t that the main reason we are all on this journey together!?

Otherwise, why bother!

Essentially what I’m saying is, yes, I realise I’m not cheap, but I am also very passionate about my work and don’t just do this as a day-job to pay my bills (though obviously I need to, hence charging at all haha).

I live and breathe behavioural training and I want you to succeed. So, jump on board if you’re keen and willing to put in the work.
